Baked Goods | A Ceramics Show
Tuesday 1 September 2026
AGWA Centenary Galleries
The Art Gallery of Western Australia, Perth Cultural Centre, Perth WA 6000, Australia
Drawn from the State Art Collection and shown in AGWA's historic Centenary Galleries, this display of ceramic works asks how we categorise objects, and where use ends and art begins. It sets the functional studio pottery of the mid-twentieth century against the more conceptual work of ceramic makers in the later twentieth and twenty-first centuries, with pieces by Eileen Keys, Col Levy, Gwyn Hanssen Pigott, Peter Cooley and many others. Free entry. The Gallery and the Centenary Galleries are open seven days a week, 10 AM – 5 PM.
